Every time you will open your PC, you will get only a message carrying the logo of Denmark Police organization stating that you are found to be downloading and distributing illegal contents over the web for which your PC has been locked. Further the pop up states that in order to unlock the same, pay a fine through Paysafecard within 72 hours failing which you may get criminal punishment that could include imprisonment and fine.
The problem is that many users are scared and agree to give away money to get rid of brain itching message once and for all. Even after you will pay the money, nothing sort will happen.
